Shipping
Currently we are ONLY shipping within the lower 48 States with flat rate shipping added at checkout. Wares the Rod products cannot be shipped to international destinations at this time.
Customers will receive an email notification once items have been shipped. Standard ground shipment delivery will usually be 1-5 business days once order is shipped, shipping dates are estimated & subject to change depending on customers location, weather delays, & other uncontrolled circumstances.
Return Policy
For returns, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Warranty Policy
Wares The Rod is a limited liability company and reserves the right to base final findings on the experience of the owner/builder of each rod. Warranties described herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranties granted by Wares The Rod LLC. Replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price of the rod. Warranty is only valid when the fishing rod is used as manufacturer intends it to be used. Neglect by the owner is described as failing to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance and care to the fishing rod. Products are warranted limited one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. Wares The Rod LLC shall in no way be liable, or in any other way responsible, for any incidental or consequential personal or property damage. Wares The Rod LLC reserves the right to amend or change the Warranty at any time.
Wares The Rod warranty DOES NOT cover the following:
Broken guides, broken rod from improper storage, rod sleeves, normal wear and tear on cork & EVA style handles, misuse, abuse, overloading, high-sticking, storing under load (can lead to rod warping), winding lure to top eyelet, placement next to heaters, etc…
Wares The Rod highly recommends the use of a hard-sided rod cases for storage and transportation.
If your rod is unusable due to an accidental breakage send an email to warestherod@gmail.com describing event in detail. After Wares The Rod sends confirmation email authorizing replacement mail all pieces of your rod to the address listed below at customers expense. Once all parts are received your rod will be replaced with an equal rod for TBD flat service fee pending rod model (this is a one time replacement only). Allow 2-4 weeks for build times. If you want to make changes to your design, they must be made by phone and additional charges may apply along with additional build times. Valid only for rods purchased within the past one (1) year.
